REVIEW:
The second book in Lauren Blakely’s Darling Springs series, I’ve Got a Crush on You, was a wonderfully addictive small-town, forbidden workplace romance. Blakely paired Sawyer, the stiff and serious business owner, with Chloe, his former one-night-stand and new co-worker. While their chemistry sizzled, they kept their eyes on a professional prize. But with all those Dirty Dancing lessons and Chloe sunshining the grump right out of Sawyer, it was pretty tough to ignore all the sparks flying between them. Wonderfully witty banter and Lauren’s signature blend of heat, heart and humor made this one heck of an entertaining and engaging read that I had a hard time putting down.
I listened to the audiobook, narrated in duet by Connor Crais and Vanessa Edwin who both delivered fantastic performances and perfectly captured every laugh-out-loud, lusty and loving moment. Five smooches from me for I’ve Got a Crush on You by Lauren Blakely!
