Paige can’t believe her luck when she lands a job as a production assistant on a hot new dating show where 12 woman compete for the love and attention of one hot bachelor. But when she turns up on set and realises the guy she had a quick hook up with on the way to the show, is none other than Dash- the bachelor of the show himself- she knows things aren’t going to run smoothly at all. Will Dash and Paige be able to live out their happily ever after? Or will the cutthroat women competing in the show, the angry producers and directors who want high view ratings, and everything else in between, get in the way of the two of them having a chance to be together? 

“Paige wasn’t sweet. She was tough as nails, and funny, and smart, and didn’t take shit from me or anyone. And she was sexy as hell. I wanted to want Savannah the way I wanted Paige, but I didn’t. Because I didn’t love Savannah. Did that mean I loved Paige?”

This was such a funny, flirty, sexy and easily enjoyable read! I love a good old rom com book and this ticked all the boxes! I was laughing, swooning, fanning myself and getting hooked into the drama and jealously – just a great read for a lazy weekend! 

“My hand immediately went to his chest, smoothing over the rock-hard muscles beneath his tight white shirt. His hips were pressed against mine, and I could feel that he wanted me just as much as I wanted him, and the knowledge made me even hotter. Dash cupped my face in his hands, angling my head so he could deepen the kiss.”

Paige and Dash were both immensely funny and likeable characters. Paige has this confidence and loyalty about her that drew you in. She didn’t care abut Dash’s fame, what she really cared about was getting to know the real him and not the bachelor is was portraying on the show. Dash isn’t some conceited, thinks-he’s-Gods-gift-to-woman guy. He doesn’t even really want to do the show but after getting screwed over by his manager, he really needs the money. The best thing about Dash was despite the fact he had all these women throwing themselves at him- he only has his eyes in Paige and will do anything and everything to show her and keep her! 

“Let’s celebrate!” he said, tugging my hand and pulling me back towards the car. “What do you want? A steak dinner? Lobster? Gold-encrusted chocolate?” I backed him up against the car. “I don’t need anything,” I told him. “Just you.” “Oh yeah?” He gave me a wicked grin. “So, a hot dog?”

The plot kept me entertained with the constant banter between the characters and the extremely steamy romance between Paige and Dash. The drama thrown in meant it wasn’t an easy ride and added an extra element to the story to keep you hooked and wondering how Paige and Dash were going to come out the other side. To be honest it was just a great rom com story that kept me highly entertained.
