Chase Lovett Wants Me by Helena Hunting is a sizzling and heart-melting college hockey romance that kept me hooked from start to finish. Chase, the magnetic college hockey superstar, and Cammie, the adorably nerdy and talented writer, share an undeniable chemistry that leaps off the pages. They are accidentally placed as roommates after a situation in the dorms, and their forced proximity sparks a deliciously steamy and sweet slow-burn romance filled with humor, passion, and tender moments.
I listed to the audiobook, which was narrated in duet by CJ Bloom and Jason Clarke. Bloom and Clarke had natural chemistry, and they used it to deliver a wonderfully entertaining performance. Helena’s expert storytelling sparkles as she wove a tale of secret crushes, electric chemistry and deep connections. Her hockey romances are must reads for me, and this was an addictive college love story with a plenty of heartfelt emotion and charm!
