The story follows, West, a struggling family resort ranch owner, and Indya, who spent her childhood vacations on his family’s ranch—with him—and has now bought it. Perry’s natural storytelling skills shine as she masterfully weaves together nostalgia and conflict with a love rekindling.

The electric chemistry between West and Indy is undeniable, and the author’s use of flashbacks to the provide the context of their sweet and tender teenaged-to-young adult backstory. With its picturesque setting and emotionally resonant narrative, Crossroads is a heartwarming and compelling read that perfectly captures the magic of small-town cowboy romance.
