A slow burn, single-dad-in-distress, friends-to-lovers hockey romance, Sydney and Archer’s love story was full of yearning and all the second-chance feels of two long-time friends crossing over the friendship—romance line. They had their hands full caring for his scene-stealing twin three-year-olds, navigating his demanding hockey schedule and working through their long history and connecting on a new level.

I inhaled this sweetly satisfying and addictive romance in an afternoon. Knights Like These by Kendall Ryan gets 4.5 smooches from me!
