REVIEW:
The Hollywood Marriage Bargain was another light-hearted, sexy and entertaining romantic comedy from Lila Monroe! This second-chance romance features a newly single Tessa back in her grandparents’ home town to renovate their B&B. Jackson is in town filming a movie—and trying to rekindle the magic of their romance from ten years ago. The chemistry between Jackson and Tessa was palpable and their banter was witty and fun. Lila’s writing style is engaging and flows well, making for a quick and enjoyable read.
The plot is well-paced and keeps the reader hooked throughout the book. The movie set background created a fun and interesting backdrop, and I loved the glimpses into the relationship pitfalls between an A list actor and a non-celebrity. An amusing plot and a sexy, sweet, swoon-worthy romance about a couple I was pulling for from the start made this an addictive, fun-to-read romance that kept me smiling the whole way through. The Hollywood Marriage Bargain by Lila Monroe gets 4.5 smooches from me!
