SYNOPSIS:

No promises. No expectations. No names. That’s what Emmett Stone agreed to with the woman who caught his eye two months ago. After years of drama following the end of the Tin Gypsy Motorcycle Club, a no-strings fling with a mystery woman is exactly what he needs. Except as they find themselves together more and more, it’s impossible for him to keep his feelings at bay. She’s clever and sassy. She’s gracious and kind. She loves riding on the back of his bike every Saturday afternoon and lazing in his bed every Sunday morning. She’s the perfect woman.

Except she’s Nova Talbot, the daughter of his archenemy–the man who murdered his father.

Her identity will cost her the man who’s captured her heart unless she can convince Emmett her feelings are true.

Before he learns the reason she proposed their fling in the first place.

REVIEW:

An enemies-to-lovers romance, Tin Queen is the stunning conclusion to the saga that was Devney Perry’s Tin Gypsy series. Everything has been building to this story, and it was an enthralling, all-consuming finale to what has been a thoroughly addictive series. Perry pairs the children of sworn enemies together in story that had my heart pounding the whole way through.

Rooted in revenge and retribution, Emmett and Nova’s story winds its way through tumultuous terrain before it rides off into the sunset in the sweet rush of redemption. Emmett and his Tin Gypsy brothers may have disbanded their club, but they still live in the haze of their history. It’s not easy, living as they do, constantly looking over their shoulders, braced and waiting for an attack that may never even come. It’s Emmett’s job to provide as much protection as he could so his family could live in peace. Nova’s entire life has been built upon lies and half-truths, she was born hiding something and lived her entire life doing it. A woman on a mission, she sets out to deliver the reckoning she believes Emmett and the other Tin Gypsies deserve.

Emmett and Nova’s attraction was visceral, a living, breathing entity on its own, but their beginning is built on lies, half-truths, misunderstandings and the drive for vengeance.  Their story was fascinating and the obstacles before them formidable, but Emmett and Nova had to confront their intertwined histories before they could have a real shot at a future and forgiveness. What started as a shot to settle old scores turns into a rough ride through their painful pasts. Their chemistry may be powerful, but the chaos between them needed to be cleared, and Perry accomplished this by weaving this intense and emotional storyline full of twists, turns and shocking surprises.

In Tin Queen, Devney Perry takes her readers on the final ride of the series with this pulse-pounding, poignant and passionate love story. Titillating, thrilling and so incredibly steamy, and Emmett and Nova’s story was the perfect ending to this incredible series. An edge-of-my-seat suspense plot coupled with a heart-racing romance, and I couldn’t flip the pages fast enough. While I’m completely satisfied with this story and the close to this series, boy am I sorry to say goodbye to these characters and this world. Tin Queen was everything I hoped the culmination of this series would be, and it’s a top favorite for 2021. Five smooches for Devney Perry’s Tin Queen from me!
