I think about you; I hunger for you. I’m weakened by you. I don’t believe you have to make a choice. But if you do, the you have to choose Jordan International. You’ve worked too hard to give it up.” She stiffened in my grip, so I clamped down even harder. “I think you can have everything you want. Me. Your company. Your father’s respect. Brea and Anna’s encouragement. All of it.”
The continuation of this phenomenal saga had me on the edge of my seat with the insertion of a murky and somewhat shady character from Derek’s past that adds more fuel to an already chaotic inferno of treachery, revenge, lust and love. This has been such a great entertaining series to read, with the remarkably likable and determined Frankie feeling more pressured and unsure of which path to choose when it comes to choosing between work and love, similarly Derek is feeling the heat of his decisions as the unexpected scope and depth of feelings for Frankie may interfere with his plans for vengeance. In episode four secrets are revealed and boundaries are tested but the one thing that remains constant is the immeasurable sexual tension and steam that comes off the two main leads, the lust is there but they also share a deeper connection, two people both so alike in some ways and completely different in others. It was lovely to witness a soft, supportive and down right selfless Derek in action in this installment, as he tries to help Frankie face her feelings and decisions. As always it’s well written with a great suspenseful plot but the one thing that has kept me enthralled with Unblocked is without a doubt the characterisation. Derek and Frankie are essentially the Eva and Gideon of real estate world only they have more depth and substance to them, a higher likability factor and they could probably out f*** the other two any day of the week. Marni Mann has a winner on her hands with this entire series and my hope is that she will ultimately re-release the whole series as a box set once the end is reached. I’m on the fence about reading episode five mainly because it will be the conclusion and I am in no way ready to say goodbye to these two characters yet.

Quickly sitting up to hide my half-mast cock is a mistake — all I see are long, tan, athletic legs. Confession time: I have not read the Evolve or Harmony series yet, but I have read almost everything that SE Hall and Angela Graham have written together. So coming from someone who is completely new to these two series I can say that this story can completely be read as a sexy, get the job done, novella.

One Naughty Night is a fast and extremely sexy read that will definitely leave you desperate to see more from these characters in the future.
I have no excuses other than a very busy blog schedule to why I have not read these two series yet. My co-blogger Amie has been hounding me for a long time to start and now her love of them along with how great this story was I am beyond eager to dive into them. Whether you are a lover of these two series or new to them like me this steamy read is one that will get you all kinds of worked up (in the best way possible.)

I am completely taken with Brandy’s books and the dynamic characters and intensely complex worlds and dynamics she has created. I am lucky enough to be able to listen to this series since it enhances everyday chores and life taking me to new places and intense loves. Brandy’s books on audio never let me down and make putting the headphones away and paying attention to life an impossible task. Shadows Of The Past had this novice paranormal lover learning about new types of beings and the passionate ways they live and love.
Amethyst and Hayden’s story is one of hurt, pain, passion, love and power. The Fae are a new being for me and I have fallen deeply for them . Amethyst is a nymph who refuses to use her powers for selfish wants. Stuck in a bad situation she runs to Edenton for a new start. When a bad situation becomes worse, the town sheriff, Hayden, is there to lend a helping hand. When the Shadow Fae come to town causing havoc and leaving corpses in it’s wake everything becomes complicated. Even with trouble brewing Hayden and Amethyst cannot deny their pull towards each other and giving in is a given.
To make complicated matters even more complicated, Amethyst has always crushed on Preston but he has always denied his attraction to her citing her young age as a reason for pushing her away. Now, as years have passed Amethyst has matured and he starts to see his desire for her as something he cannot deny. Timing could not be worse and puts strains on their friendship. I desperately love Preston and hope that in future books we get to see him find peace and happiness.
Hayden and Amethyst have a intense dynamic and are so sexy together I cannot even begin to explain it all. Hayden’s desire for her has him doing things that he never thought he would do and even though he feels guilty he cannot force himself to stop. I cannot say how sexy (and trust me in no way creepy) he is. As a nymph, Amethyst, has always been in touch with her sexuality but the connection she has with Hayden takes that to a whole new level.
Brandy writes strong heroines to put up against alpha males like no one else. Her women do not need saving, they need a partner to help them save themselves. I love this concept. This does not stop her men from having all the sexy protective strong alpha qualities we have all come to love.
The others of Edenton is a sexy and action packed series full of worlds I never knew could exist. Every book I read in this series I love more than the last and that is saying a lot. Highly recommended you don’t want to miss these fast paced and sexy books.

**can be read as a standalone but I do recommend at least reading the novelette, Shadows Fall featuring Amethyst and the circumstances bringing her to Edenton. Also, on the whole I personally recommend reading the entire series!

How does one write a review for a book that completely captivated her and stole her day away. I feel no matter how much I tell you I loved this book I will never be able to get across just how much. Full of passion, mystery, history and a romance like no other River and Amber’s story was fresh, unique and absolutely amazing. I knew the moment I opened the authors notes and saw a brief history on Ireland, the IRA and the tension between the country and England that I was in for a romance book so vastly different than I was used to and I could not have been more excited.
Amber is on a trip around the world, solo, and her second country on her stop is Ireland. She had no idea what to expect when she got there but almost dying on day one was not it. A mysterious stranger saves her life then promptly runs away. Determined to find the man and thank him she hunts the sexy bartender down and finds herself chasing after the man with secrets over and over again.
River leads a life so different than good girl, sheriffs daughter Amber, has ever known she has no idea how to fit into this dangerous and scary world. Constantly torn between what her head and upbringing tell her is right to do and what her heart yearns for her to do, she struggles with everything she has been taught to think.
I want desperately to go on and on about every plot point and surprise in this book but that would do you the reader a great injustice. There was literally nothing about this book that I didn’t adore. Have you ever read a book so beautifully descriptive that you felt like you were visiting that country and learning all about it along with the character. I am confident that KA Tucker has visited Ireland because that level of familiarity with the country and setting could have only come from some sort of first hand experience. I also deeply loved how she intertwined the tragic and beautiful history of Ireland into a deeply moving romance novel.

River and Amber’s deep attraction and pull towards each other is something both at times attempt to fight but neither can truly deny. Their pull towards each other is undeniable and something most of us can only ever hope to feel. Funny, sexy, action packed and so well written that I guarantee that if you pick up and start reading Chasing River it will be impossible to put this book down!

Rebecca Brooke has never let me down when I am looking for a book to get lost into and Twin Runes is no different. Sexy and dramatic the dynamic between Kara, Larson and Jakob kept me guessing till the end and had me completely enthralled. I am recently new paranormal reader and Twin Runes was the kind of book that both captivated me and kept me thinking the whole way through.
Karalynn wakes up in the hospital room with no memory of who she is and how she got there. Add to that the fact that there is an extremely sexy but strange man she has never met there watching over her. Larson is instantly protective over beautiful and innocent Kara. Him and his twin bother, Jakob take her under their wing and help her discover all the secrets of her life. But things are not always as they seem and people not who you believe they are and soon Kara can’t tell what is true and what is what is not. All she knows is that nothing will ever be the same and everything she has thought to be true might have just been a lie.
Whether you are lover of paranormal or just a lover of sexy and timeless romances Twin Runes is a book you would enjoy. Rebecca Brooke has delivered a truly unique story that kept me turning pages until the last one! I can’t wait for more from these sexy twins and to learn more about this exciting world that Rebecca has created!
