Synopsis
Hot on the heels of her beloved Marriage to a Billionaire novels, New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst nails it with the first in an all-new sexy romance series featuring red-hot contractor siblings who give the Property Brothers a run for their money!
Ever the responsible eldest brother, Caleb Pierce started working for his father’s luxury contracting business at a young age, dreaming of one day sitting in the boss’s chair. But his father’s will throws a wrench in his plans by stipulating that Caleb share control of the family business with his two estranged brothers.
Things only get more complicated when demanding high-end home designer Morgan hires Caleb to build her a customized dream house that matches her specifications to a T—or she’ll use her powerful connections to poison the Pierce brothers’ reputation. Not one to ignore a challenge, Caleb vows to get the job done—if only he can stop getting distracted by his new client’s perfect…amenities.
But there’s more to icy Morgan than meets the eye. And Caleb’s not the only one who knows how to use a stud-finder. In fact, Morgan is pretty sure she’s found hers—and he looks quite enticing in a hard hat. As sparks fly between Morgan and Caleb despite his best intentions not to mix business and pleasure, will she finally warm up and help him lay the foundation for everlasting love?
Review
‘He was . . . perfect. Defined pecs and tight biceps. Endless toasty brown skin, gleaming with sweat. A perfect swirl of lighter hair dusting his chest and traveling down washboard abs. He had an actual eight-pack. Not six. Eight.’
The best way I can think to describe this book is as a perfect summer beach read. Light on drama but full of exciting characters the book as a whole gave me a happy feel. Morgan and Caleb are working together building a house for a famous couple but finding keeping their relationship strictly professional is becoming more and more difficult with each day that passes. Both have more than enough drama already in their lives and no not need to add mixing business with pleasure to that.
The series follows the three Pierce brothers who have become estranged as they got older. Now with the death of their father they are forced to work together to save the family business or they will all three lose the legacy. The brothers themselves were a highlight for me. Each is so vastly different and their temperaments do not always mix which helps fuel just enough drama to keep the storyline going.
‘Oh yeah. Morgan Raines was gonna be a hell of a lot of trouble. But also a hell of a lot of fun.’
Everywhere and Every Way was an easy read that was pretty light on angst. For me personally it did start a little slow but by the time I got into the guts of the book I was hooked on Caleb and Morgan. I really enjoyed their dynamic, especially the way Morgan never was afraid to stand firm and give Caleb hell. For his part, Caleb, was a strong and protective man who also had mastered the art of dirty talk. Told in third person, which is not my favorite, the story flowed nicely and I will enjoy seeing where the stories of the other brothers takes us.
