Synopsis
Welcome back to the world of Breakneck where Pyro continues to mourn the loss of Lana, ZZ’s twins drive him crazy, and the whole MC prepares for the birth of Braxxon and Winter’s child. Things are quiet and calm… Or so it seems.

I went into this book like I go into any of the Crystal Spears Breakneck books . . . prepared for the worst and ready to enjoy whatever Crystal had up her sleeve. MC books in general need to be raw, real and gritty and this book was all that but so much more. Shadowing me is a great combination of a BDSM and MC book! Talk about a Dirty and Great combo!
Shadow is in no way a normal man and in no way a normal MC man, he is a beautiful breed all his own and boy does Tatiana love this particular breed. She has it bad and is completely willing to immerse herself in his lifestyle to prove that he is the man for her and that she is down to experience whatever he can give her. In so many ways I felt for her loss of innocence as ZZ’s daughter but in so many more I loved watching her become the kind of woman who can withstand Shadow!

In addition to watching the insanity that is the attraction between Shadow and Tatiana we get to see the budding sibling relationship between Tatiana and the twin brother she didn’t know she had. Their relationship is a great contrast to Shadow and hers! Tatiana is at that point in her life where she is between being a woman and being a girl and while the bulk of this book is all about the MC life her development into womanhood is a highlight for me personally!
Now this is a sexy book but it is a BDSM book so just be prepared for some kinky fun! Shadow is both scary and oh so sexy! His determination to stay away and keep Tatiana pure is honorable but so hard to read at times because you really, really, really want him to find out that he deserves to be loved too! On top of all that intensity is the MC lifestyle! Shadowing me is action packed like I new it would be and once again reminded me why I love MC books and all the havoc that comes with it! If you love a gritty MC book with a sexy touch than this is definitely for you!
