Ying and Yang. Balance and bringing out the best in each other. Soothing those old insecurities and making each other feel beautiful. This is the story of Rett and Finley. Rett is Clutch’s little brother. He has always had a hard time, being the youngest of five brothers, struggling to find his place in the world. Finley you first meet in the Tess Oliver book Strangely Normal. I was ECSTATIC to find out she was Rett’s love interest. Her story is so sweet and unique and to get more of her, it was amazing.
This is by FAR the sexiest book in the Custom Culture series, which doesn’t really surprise me considering we are talking about Rett the playboy. But with the sexy time, comes tons of heart and realism. Finley struggles with relationships and everyday problems. She has come a long way, however, some things send her spiraling into her little cocoon of self-preservation. Rett is the only one in her life that seems to be able to penetrate that, and because of this, they are simply meant to be.
Rett is so sweet with Finley. And just like Scotlyn and Taylor always warned him, when the right one came along, he would fall head over heels, which he did. I absolutely love this series and love Rett and Finley together. Their chemistry was off the charts, but their romance was sweet and endearing.
