I got completely wrapped up and engrossed in Phoebe and Jeremy’s story! I am a super fan of second chance romances even though they often are the hardest on my emotions. Toxic is no different, the highs had me giddy with happiness and the lows had me crying into my pillow. Beautiful and intoxicting, Toxic was a beautiful journey of emotions.
I love a flawed character, no one is perfect and perfect is boring. Both Phoebe and Jeremy are flawed and unique. They make mistakes and those mistakes have devastating consequences. But is those mistakes and problems that keep you turning pages learning to love again right along side these two.
