Review
Diving into this I was worried about how I would feel towards Jayden. Having grown up with a brother with severe ADHD I know how hard it can be to love someone who struggles to love themselves and their flaws. Jayden and Hilary stole my heart and captured my attention. The story starts off light and fun full of quirky one liners and a cast of characters you instantly want to know more about. Before long you are knee deep into an emotional tale of the power of true love and how we all have to work hard when something is truly worth it.
What I truly was not expecting based off the cover, subject and the blurb was how sexy and intense these two young people falling in love would be. Packed full of dampness inducing sex scenes along with the quick wit make the tough subject matter seem easier to deal with and the characters easy to fall for.
Jayden is fully aware what his disorder does to a relationship and at time that make everything even more difficult. Being able to see before things happen how they will affect those around you and yet feel powerless to stop it is difficult to say the least. But he is more than his disorder, Jayden is caring and sweet, dirty when he wants to be and always trying to think of what is best for Hilary.
Hilary was strong and determined. While trying to find the career in life that moves her she stumbles upon the sexy god of man who makes her love and loves her with his whole heart. These two love with all their heart and it is impossible not to love them for it.
This book was not what I would call a light read but it was so full of power and emotions I could not put it down. This was the second book I have read by Kate Stewart and I cam honestly say I am very much looking forward to reading her more.
