Synopsis

I hate him…

I hate that I fell in love with him, I hate that he didn’t love me back, and I hate the fact that I just made a life-altering decision just so I could get the hell away from him.

He’d always said that he was unchangeable, heartless, and cold…

I really should’ve believed him…

**Final book in the Reasonable Doubt series…**

Review

Squeeeee!  That is right.  I am in love with the Reasonable Doubt books and Andrew Hamilton.  Andrew makes me hot, swoony, and just downright mad.  He ticks ALL of my book boyfriend boxes.  This is the final instalment of the Reasonable Doubt Serial and before I delve into why it was my favorite, I would like to say….LOOK AT THAT DAMN COVER!

LOOK AT IT!

I mean seriously, Andrew has a face and I am in love with it!  That cover is amazing and I could not be happier with it.

“Are you being serious right now?”

“Dead ass serious.”

OK, let’s proceed.  As I said before this is the final instalment of in the Reasonable Doubt Serial and I thought it was the best.  I have loved all three books but this one was fabulous.

The first two books were very very steamy and sexy and I loved them for it, but this book was so much more emotional and angsty.  There were so many unanswered questions in the last book and even though you want to hate Andrew, you just can’t.   He is too sexy.  Too much of a smart ass.  Too damn funny.  In this book we get even more of Andrew and all I did was fall more and more in love with him with every chapter.

“I didn’t want to like you, Aubrey.  I wasn’t supposed to, and I didn’t need to, but every day after that you were all I could think about.  You and your smartass mouth, and how your lies maybe weren’t so bad after all.”

AHH!  Andrew’s candor and bluntness only make the emotional bits all that more meaningful.  And sweet Aubrey, I am so happy you took the route that you did this book.  Your moment was waiting to happen and your strength shined through in this book!  It is rare when I read a book that I am over the moon about both of the main characters but Aubrey and Andrew stole my heart right from the beginning.  I love them both and am happy to report that the ending of this book was perfect.  I wouldn’t change a damn thing!

Whitney G. must be a damn genius.  Typically, I am not a fan of serials or novellas in general.  Usually, they leave me feeling empty; not enough back story or rushed in the end, but this serial changed that for me.  I loved it all; the ballerina struggling to please her parents and achieve her dreams, a damaged man determined to keep women at arms length, all of the law jargon and quotes at the beginning of each chapter, the steamy sex and even steamier dirty talk, and how all of these things come together to make brilliant books!

You will laugh out loud, cry, and get the feels!  These books just fill you up.  They have spirit and soul.  My absolutely favorite serial ever!

PS- You “missing me” would be a lot more convincing if the subject of the email you sent two hours ago wasn’t “I miss your pussy.”
