Back In The Saddle by Kristen Ashley is a thrilling and heartwarming addition to the Rock Chick universe, blending humor, suspense, and sizzling romance into this spin-off series set in a new city. The story of Eric, a charismatic member of Nightingale Investigations, and Jessie, a determined Avenging Angel on a secret mission, is packed with electric chemistry and a steamy, slow-burn build-up that kept me hooked from cover-to-cover.
Kristen Ashley’s signature style of storytelling shines here, weaving emotional depth with lighthearted moments and just the right touch of intrigue.
