REVIEW: Final Proposal by K. Bromberg

5 SMOOCHES!

SYNOPSIS:

One stormy night.

One hotel bar full of stranded travelers.

One available chair next to a charming, mysterious, and sexy-as-hell man.

There was something about him and our conversation that made me feel alive. That made me feel heard. That sparked a fire within me.

When our paths crossed again, I never expected the stranger to be Fordham Sharpe, one-third of the sinfully rich and ridiculously successful Sharpe International Network brothers. Nor did I expect we’d become partners—fifty-fifty—in a hotel transformation that dreams were made of.

My dreams, anyway.

To him, I was off limits. He was my venture partner, and we knew better than to mix business with pleasure. But we had one thing in common—we were both hiding. From our pasts. From unresolved family conflicts. From what really mattered—our hearts.

But as each day passed, our mutual attraction became harder to resist.

We agreed to the partnership to prove our worth to our families, but perhaps we’d only prove our need for something else. Each other.

REVIEW:

Final Proposal is the third and final book in K. Bromberg’s S.I.N. series about the three incredibly handsome, alpha, billionaire, identical Sharpe triplets. A forced-proximity workplace romance, Final Proposal is Ford and Ellery’s story. Quintessential Kristy Bromberg from cover-to-cover, this story—this whole series, frankly—is precisely the type of story I hope for when I’m reaching for one of Kristy’s books. Bromberg’s natural storytelling abilities shine the brightest when she’s telling the passionate, complex, hard-fought love story of a powerful couple.

Each of the three Sharpe brothers had their own individual role within the family dynamic, and Ford’s role was the hard-working, stable steadying force of the trio. He’s just learned some things about his recently deceased father when he finds himself stuck in a hotel bar in the middle of a storm. Ellery Sinclair is full of ideas and innovations, but she’s constantly overlooked in the family business and struggles to prove her worth to her stepfather. In a wrong place at the right time scenario, she also finds herself in a hotel bar in the middle of a storm.

The sparks fly instantly between them, and they spend the night talking and connecting…before leaving with the same idea. They had so much in common, so it wasn’t surprising that they ended up partnering up on the hotel renovation project. Sure, sure, they’ve got all this unresolved attraction practically pulsing between them, but they can put it aside while they work—and live—together renovating the hotel project. From the undeniable chemistry to the wonderfully witty bantering and bickering that was basically its own form of foreplay, I was all-in on this couple from their super sweet meet-cute in the bar to the very end and every single step of the way in between.

Final Proposal brings together a flirty playful couple with everything to prove to themselves and their families. An engrossing spin on the whole wrong-place-right-time scenario, Ellery and Ford’s swoon-worthy romance was full of intense heat, heart-tugging emotion and perfectly timed humor. The will-they-or-won’t-they slow-burn build-up of their romance made this an absolutely addictive page-turner, and I loved every second of the chase. The whole S.I.N. series has been a must-read for me, and Final Proposal was a fantastic finale to a now favorite series. Five smooches from me for K. Bromberg’s Final Proposal!
