The dreamy star quarterback and most eligible bachelor on campus, and the broke, homeless, down on her luck college senior who suddenly finds herself pregnant. The way that Rush stepped up for her was swoony, but this couple had lots to get through with a surprise pregnancy, senior year of college and an NFL draft all looming on their horizons.
Perry’s natural storytelling skills shine through as she develops the electric chemistry and witty banter between Rush and Faye. The transformation of their relations from roommates-to-lovers was as heart-wrenching as it was heartfelt. Devney delivered a deeply emotional love story built on relatable struggles, unexpected love and second chances set in a vibrant small town college setting.
