Can R.S. Grey write a bad book . . . Nope! The Allure Of Julian LeFray takes a standard boss / employee formula and makes it feel brand new. So much of this story felt comfortable and familiar while so much of it felt fresh, fun and addicting.

Josephine is following her dreams and has landed herself in New York City. Desperate for a job with her bills piling up she accepts a position as a personal assistant to Julian LeFray, brother to a famous designer and former silent partner. Julian is running his sisters design company while she is in rehab. Even though he is attracted to Jo from the moment he meets her, he also can see that she is perfect for the job.
“The murky swamp I was wading through with Josephine was asking for trouble. But Josephine was different. She was my friend. She was my very hot friend. She was my very hot, very unattainable friend.”
The trouble starts when Julian and Jo form a true friendship. Constantly fighting their mutual desire along with their fears that giving in would not only leave them without the close friendship they have formed but also would leave Jo stranded din New York without any form of income and bill collectors banging on her door.

Julian is sexy and fun and just a perfect boss book boyfriend. Jo is a strong heroine, always struggling between what her heart wants and what her head knows is best. I loved their banter and the wit I have grown to know that only R.S. Grey can deliver. I was unable to put the book down and with every page I was drawn in and lost to the world of the New York fashion scene!
