SYNOPSIS:

REVIEW:

Meghan Quinn has captivated me, once again, with this gorgeous reunited best friends to lovers road trip romance! Hazel and Crew had a special bond growing up, but as they got older, they grew apart. The one thing that they still had in common though, was Crew’s grandfather, Pops. His final wish was to bring Hazel and Crew back together for a trip of a lifetime through Germany. Quinn did an incredible job bringing Germany to life on the page. Her descriptions were so richly detailed and vivid, I felt like I was along for the ride.

A beautiful trip through the German countryside wasn’t the only journey Hazel and Crew took, though, and a lot of healing happened in between those thoughtfully organized excursions. I loved how meticulously Pops planned this trip, and his meaningful messages gently guided Hazel and Crew precisely when they needed it most. Reminiscing turns into reunion and then romance on the road, and I was all in for it. Hazel and Crew weren’t meant to be best friends, these two were soul mates, and Pops used his passing and this painstakingly planned trip to prove it to them.

The Romantic Pact was an engaging, enlightening and emotional journey through Germany as two friends reunite and fall in love. I laughed, sobbed and swooned my way through this unputdownable story, and I fell in love right along with Hazel and Crew! Five smooches from me for The Romantic Pact by Meghan Quinn!
