Zoe played with her lip and nodded shyly. A roar of lust ripped through him and he was tired of resisting the urge to bend her over the nearest surface. “You’re pretty smart,” he said, glancing at Jax. “But we’ll take it from here.”

“No!” Her sharp refusal didn’t surprise him but the fire in her eyes did. She came alive, replacing the shyness from only moments before with a ferocity that was as arousing as it was foolish. “You’re not going to pat me on the head like a dog and tell me to go sit in the corner. This is my story. I’ve done all the fieldwork and I’m going to write the damn story!”

“Damn it, Zoe!” Jax roared, startling her when he jerked her off the sofa and into his arms. “You don’t know what you’re getting yourself into. You say you don’t want a pat on the back for your work but you’re wrong, that’s all you crave! This story follows Zoe, Hunter and Jax. Zoe is a journalist who decides that she is bored of the current assignments that she keeps having to write about, so she decides to find her own stories. This leads to her meeting Jax and Hunter, the two that are running the Kings MC.

Zoe goes to the king’s clubhouse and goes undercover to try and uncover what the story is between the two mc’s. When Zoe gets there the man at the door assumes that she has been sent for entertainment purposes. However when she enters the room that Jax and Hunter are in they sense that there is more to her then what she is saying. Things get hot and steamy between these three quiet quickly.

Zoe unknowingly puts herself in danger while trying to dig up information on this story and Jax and Hunter want to help her. They can’t seem to get enough of each other, which means they meet up for more hot sessions.

Zoe helps to uncover what is going on and also who the traitor amongst them is. The three of them work together to put a stop to what has been happening between the two rival mc’s. What is the future for these three? Can they have a happy ending or is this it?

I liked this book, it was a quick hot read. Well done Alexx Andria on a great book.

“For Nicky” is a heartwarming and sweet love story that tackles a number of difficult topics.

Nate Morgan has spent his entire life protecting his twin brother Nicky from bullies. Although he is completely committed to his family, he has never been serious about women. Sticking to one night stands with zero emotion involved has worked just fine for Nate up to this point and he had no intentions of that changing, that is until Elizabeth walked into his life.

Elizabeth Decker has always lived in the shadow of her beautiful sister Audrey. Her self-esteem has taking a major beating through the years due to the constant torment Audrey has tortured her with on a daily basis. Elizabeth doesn’t believe she could ever get a guy like Nate; especially when Audrey has already been with him!

Both Nate and Elizabeth are new to the idea of a relationship and are learning as they go along. These two fall pretty hard, pretty fast and end up having to deal with some extremely difficult situations both personally and as a couple.

Overall I enjoyed this book and there were definitely some parts that had me really turning the pages. One scene between Nate and Audrey was extremely gut wrenching and very thought provoking. I apologize for being vague but I would hate to spoil it! There were quite a few ups and downs throughout the story and unfortunately on some of the downs I did find my attention waning a bit.

If you are looking for heartfelt, real-life love story then this is the book for you.
