REVIEW:
The blurb for this book was purposefully vague about the identity of the heroine, and I’m not going to shed a single ray of light on that here. In fact, I’m going to keep this review short and sweet and a little vague. But I will say that if you are a regular Lani Lynn Vale reader, you must read this book, it is simply not to be missed. If you know anything about reading this author’s work, you know to expect the unexpected, and that’s exactly what she’s given her readers in this book.
Snitches Get Stitches was everything I want and expect in one of Vale’s books. There was plenty of her trademark quirky sense of humor, and there was a beautiful, sexy romance between a strong alpha male and an unlikely heroine. There was bantering and bickering amidst the gut-wrenching, heartbreaking emotion, and it was all tied up in a suspenseful plot as creative and intriguing as Vale has ever written.
I’ve read every single one of Lani Lynn Vale’s books. I know her style, I know her characters, I know her worlds, yet this was a story that I didn’t see coming. Oh, I had my suspicions and ideas and preconceived notions like all of Vale’s readers did, but I was wrong, and I’m so glad I didn’t allow them to hold me back from reading this book.
